Responsibilities: • Develop and implement educational programs and curricula in line with the organization's goals. • Coordinate with educators, administrators, and other staff to ensure the effectiveness of programs. • Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and recommend improvements. • Assist in the development of teaching materials and aids. • Participate in the selection and training of teaching staff. • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the education field. • Provide guidance and assistance to students, parents, and educators as needed. • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and standards for educational programs. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field. • Previous experience in an educational setting may be advantageous. • Knowledge of curriculum development and learning theories. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with educators and administrators. • Strong organizational and project management skills. • Knowledge of local, state, and federal education laws and regulations. Preferred Skills: • Master’s degree in Education or a related field. • Experience in curriculum development and instructional design. • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate others. • Ability to analyze data and use it to improve educational programs. • Proficiency in multiple languages could be advantageous. • Experience with diversity and inclusion initiatives in an educational setting. • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
